i do believe ppl who knw me will knw tt i'm nt one to b intimidated too easily...
and i nw knw for sure the way of intimidation tt will force me to give in...
i went by a spa at Plaza by the Park  sometime last week...
tried their service cos of the vouchers i bought at their roadshow...
i did not plan on signing for anything for the sake of beauty lars...
its still a waste of money to me...
i rather go when i'm free compared to signing up packages...
i do admit that i paid a 10.70 deposit after their whole load of persuasion which lasted 2 bloody hours...
just to get them off my back and to let me go out of the spa...
after which...
i went back with my bf's sis for a facial which we were hoping would be good enough...(and mayb compensate by seriously signing up the package for once)
apparently...
this time...it was worse than we thought...
our face became oily and mine even had little infection at the top corner of my left eye...cos of them plucking my eyebrows in the wrong way i guess...
i nvr got any infection frm plucking eyebrows ever b4...this is my first bloody time...and they manage to draw blood frm e plucking as well...
like wth...
after our ordeal with the facial treatment...
it was abt 9pm...its hell time to close their spa...
but they obviously are not going to let us go...
they held us back and pestered us for the package deals...
i am so freaked out by their pestering i paid for the bloody first installment...
which is 390 bucks...(and its already 10+pm)
and guess wat...
after robbing me of my 390...they turned to my poor bf's sis...
like hellooooo....
she's still SCHOOLING!!!
do you really think a student will be needing SPA TREATMENTS???
my gawd...
and they practically coerced a 10.70 out of her for the deposit before letting us go...
and this whole bloody encounter made us stay in their outlet till 11PM...
i was so damned bloody tired i gave in...
i called back the next day to cancel my membership thingy cos it was jus too much...
i nvr wanted it...i want to get out of the bloody shop...that's all...
and well...as expected frm these ppl...
they nvr call back after promising to do so...
i called them several times...
all 3 of the ppl i can look for regarding my membership are either OFF or AWAY or BUSY...hw nice...
i gave up looking for them and called their customer service line...
i hope the staff isnt tt bad...
she promised a reply by 7pm today or monday latest...
i hope i get a favourable one...
last week i want to get a cancellation only...
BUT NOW...
I WANT A REFUND!!!

this service attitude sucks...
pls do not learn from the above...
